Prep Time: 10 minutes plus overnight refrigeration
Serving Size: 4
● 3 cloves roasted garlic, chopped
● 3 anchovies, minced
● 1 cup crushed smoked olives
● 2 sprigs rosemary
● 1 zested orange
● 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
● 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
● 1 teaspoon salt
● 1 teaspoon pepper
● 2 lemons
1. Combine garlic, anchovies, rosemary, smoked olives, red pepper flakes, zest of an orange, and olive oil in a large Ziploc bag. Add lamb chops.
2. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
